TrainWise is an AI-powered training app for triathletes and endurance athletes. This page explains how Strava integrates with TrainWise and answers common questions. For anything else, contact us at the bottom of this page.
Connecting your Strava account allows TrainWise to automatically import your completed workouts (swim, bike, run, and other activities). This gives your AI coach an accurate picture of your training load without manual logging.
TrainWise uses Strava data only to display and analyse your own training history. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models.
You can also revoke access at any time from your Strava account settings under "My Apps".
What Strava data does TrainWise access?
TrainWise reads your activity list (name, type, date, duration, and distance). It does not access GPS routes, segment efforts, kudos, followers, or any social features.
Does TrainWise post anything to Strava?
No. TrainWise only reads from Strava — it never creates, modifies, or deletes activities on your behalf.
Will disconnecting Strava delete my data?
No. Disconnecting removes the link between your accounts and stops future syncing. Your existing workout history in TrainWise is not affected. To delete all your TrainWise data, contact us at the address below.
My Strava activities are not syncing. What should I do?
Try disconnecting and reconnecting Strava in Settings. If the issue persists, email us at contact@trainwise.fitness with a brief description of the problem.
How do I delete my TrainWise account?
Email contact@trainwise.fitness with your request and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
For any support questions, feedback, or data requests, email us at contact@trainwise.fitness. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
